We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Finance Technology to lead our global finance systems and automation initiatives. You will oversee a growing team of 6 professionals -responsible for supporting and optimizing our finance technology stack, including NetSuite ERP.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and technology. You will drive the finance systems roadmap, deliver innovative automation solutions, and partner with larger companies- wide automation teams as well as engineering teams.

You have a strong foundation in finance operations and enterprise systems, and you’ve seen what “great” looks like at scale. You’re curious, adaptable, a proactive problem-solver, and an advocate for continuous improvement. You’re comfortable challenging legacy thinking and have a track record of influencing executives to make smart, forward-looking decisions.

Responsibilities

Finance Systems Strategy & Leadership:

  • Define and drive the finance technology strategy and roadmap, aligned with finance function objectives.
  • Lead the scaling, optimization, and governance of NetSuite ERP and its integrations with other systems.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, system performance, data integrity, and uptime across finance platforms.

Process Automation & Innovation:

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency through RPA and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Partner with internal automation teams and engineering to design scalable solutions and deploy cutting-edge tools.
  • Champion process redesign and simplification, eliminating unnecessary complexity and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

Program & Change Management:

  • Maintain a rolling 12-month project roadmap and visibility into a 24-month planning horizon.
  • Lead change management and user training programs to drive adoption and ensure effective use of NetSuite, Workday, and other finance technologies.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including business requirements gathering, solution design, quality assurance, UAT, and post-implementation support.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution:

  • Serve as the bridge between finance, operations, IT, and engineering, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Lead coordination with external ERP development partners, managing ongoing enhancements and performance delivery.
  • Develop and uphold financial data strategies focused on master data management, reporting accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Partner with Cybersecurity and IT to ensure data privacy, SOX compliance, and adherence to regulatory and reporting standards.
  • Implement appropriate controls and risk management practices to support financial reporting and system reliability.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in finance systems, IT, consulting, or business operations, with a strong track record of driving finance technology initiatives.
  • Extensive expertise in NetSuite ERP is required
  • Strong domain knowledge of core finance processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
  • Proven ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, while adapting to shifting priorities and operational needs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to engage C-level executives, engineers, and business users effectively.
  • Deep understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and master data management best practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and highly organized, with exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
