We’re looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our compliance monitoring and risk assessment frameworks. You will ensure effective governance, guide stakeholders on complex compliance matters, and drive continuous improvement in internal controls in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s compliance monitoring program.
  • Lead internal compliance risk assessments across business units and geographies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls, identify gaps, and oversee remediation plans.
  • Provide expert advice on complex and non-standard compliance issues.
  • Support development and refinement of compliance policies, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Monitor emerging compliance risks and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and escalation point for significant compliance matters.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of international compliance standards (ISO 37301, COSO ERM, OECD principles).
  • Professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or internal control are a plus.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring programs and risk assessments.
  • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and make sound decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
