We are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia, and now we’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist who will join our Customer Service department!

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Managing team to ensure performance meets targets & expectations
  • Handling workload (emails, chats, calls) in the event of surge in volumes
  • Conducting analysis on performance and sharing valuable insights & solutions
  • Helping and solving appeals, complex & escalation cases from users.
  • Training new call center operators;
  • Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback on a timely manner
  • Assisting Supervisor with tasks assigned (reporting/findings/analysis)
  • Conducting Quality evaluation, Coachings & Team Meetings Real Time/Queue Management (RTA) Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments Communicating SOP, Product Changes & Updates with the entire team.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

  • Digital literacy Data entry & Writing skills Good people, management & analysis skills
  • Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Excellent Product & Process Knowledge (Technical Knowledge)
  • Product knowledge on E Hailing, Product & Services, Travel/ Couriers Competent verbal and written communication.
  • Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
  • Experience in using Customer Service CRM (SalesForce/Zendesk/Zoho)
