We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead the growth of our digital marketing activities across multiple channels and markets. You will be responsible for building and scaling performance campaigns, managing large budgets, and driving sustainable user growth through data driven decisions and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across major paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.)
  • Manage large budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI and CAC performance
  • Partner closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to improve funnel performance and post install metrics
  • Manage creative testing pipelines, scaling best performing assets and ensuring brand consistency
  • Evaluate new UA channels, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance acquisition efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably for mobile products
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Deep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution models (CTIT, re attribution, SRNs, etc.)
  • Experience managing large paid budgets and optimizing campaigns towards ROI/CAC goals
  • Proven ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Solid understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization
