Responsibilities
- Advocate for users by understanding their needs and representing their interests within the product team.
- Conduct research to identify user problems and market needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and researchers to validate and prioritize issues.
- Use metrics to identify the problems each task addresses and measure their impact.
- Define and articulate the core problem, conducting additional research if necessary.
- Lead tasks within your area of responsibility, ensuring their alignment with other product components.
- Develop and test multiple solutions, prioritizing those that balance user satisfaction and company goals.
- Work with development teams to refine and optimize proposed solutions.
- Create detailed final mockups, document interface states, and update the design library as needed.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level position.
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design solutions effectively.
Not mandatory, but it will be to your advantage:
- Previous experience working in an international company.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful UI and UX projects.
