We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a financial business partner for the assigned department(s), supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain departmental budgets, including adjustments and reforecasting throughout the year.
  • Conduct plan vs. actual analysis, identify key variances, and provide insights to management.
  • Review and approve Purchase Requests (PRs) to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Perform cost calculations and develop variable cost models to support business planning and pricing decisions.
  • Support budget committee preparations, including presentation materials and scenario analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems (Workday, Zoho, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve financial transparency and optimize spending efficiency.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and management dashboards as required.
  • Reconcile actual financial data with planned figures and ensure correct classification of expenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in FPA, financial analysis, or business partnering roles.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced user of Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
  • Experience working with Workday, Zoho, or other ERP systems (Workday experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of accountability for data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with both finance and non finance teams.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
