IT Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of internal services that automate key processes
• Designing and improving the architecture of existing applications, selecting optimal technologies
• Full development cycle: from requirements generation to release
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring and developing the development team CI/CD setup and support, optimisation of testing and release processes
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation, presentation of solutions for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Go, Python or other modern languages)
• Strong command of CI/CD tools, understanding of DevOps approach
• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and mentor a team
• Willingness to make responsible decisions in a highly autonomous environment

• Deep skills in debugging, code review, SQL & Data Modeling and application architecture

  Would be a plus:

• Experience in microservice architecture design and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Kafka Certifications in modern technology and system design
