Key Responsibilities
- Drive product growth with fast, measurable impact
- Identify core user problems and turn them into strong, data-based product decisions
- Discover opportunities, design solutions, validate hypotheses, and scale what works
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for communication features with company strategic goals
- Lead and coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business teams to meet product specifications and deadlines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Structured & critical thinking: focus on what moves the business
- Solid prioritization skills and ownership mindset – you make things happen
- High proactivity and initiative
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments, with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong empathy for users and curiosity about their real-life needs
- Readiness for regular fieldwork — direct communication with users and observation of real interactions
