We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Systems Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our HR platforms. As the go-to expert for HR systems within the organization, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations, data integrity, and an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Configure and maintain HR system modules (e.g., Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, Performance).
  • Workflow Automation: Design and manage automated workflows, custom functions, and approval chains.
  • User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to HR and employees; manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR to analyze existing processes and implement system-based enhancements.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency; manage data imports/exports and support internal audits.
  • Integrations: Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms (e.g., payroll systems, CRM, etc.).
  • Reporting: Build and maintain datasets and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance, and decision-making.
  • Training & Documentation: Train users on system functionalities; maintain user guides and system documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms or CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, leave management, performance, etc.).
  • Experience with tools like Jira (or similar project/task management platforms).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments (HR, IT, Finance).
  • Project management or change management experience is a plus.
