Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy: Design and implement strategies to attract, activate, and retain drivers through effective acquisition channels, tools, and team management.
  • Analyze Regional and Market Trends: Use reporting tools given as well as study socio-economic landscapes and user behavior across specific regions, countries, and cities to inform strategies.
  • Manage Recruitment Budgets and KPIs: Plan and oversee recruitment budgets while ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
  • Multi-Factor Market Research: Perform immersive studies of new countries or cities, assessing socio-economic conditions through in-depth interviews with users and stakeholders. Supervise and ensure accuracy in research conducted across regions to drive actionable insights. Conduct interviews and focus groups, form actionable conclusions, and leverage findings to improve products and services.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Evaluate competitors in targeted regions, countries, and cities to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional cooperation: Build strong, collaborative relationships with other departments to achieve exceptional results – business development, marketing, marketplace efficiency and other.
  • Excellent people management: Ensure transparent target set up as well as performance tracking; each team member to have personalized development plan.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Advanced English proficiency: Both written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how it applies to driver acquisition.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills, particularly in managing large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on meeting targets and performance optimization.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and track KPIs.
  • Availability for business travel to manage recruitment activities across different regions.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (either in progress or completed).
  • Sales team management experience is highly desirable, particularly in recruitment or acquisition environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in driver recruitment and recommend improvements.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving recruitment demands and market conditions.
  • Knowledge of local transportation regulations and market trends would be a plus.
