Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key marketing metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate tests
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions
Predict future marketing trends and consumer behavior through machine learning models and algorithms
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, influencing marketing decisions

Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
Strong experience with SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI or Looker
Knowledge of statistical analysis, regression modeling, machine learning, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
The ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive decisions in supply marketing (acquisition, branding, etc)

Relocation to company offices in Kazakhstan, Cyprus or Georgia
