We are expanding our Ride-Hailing Department and we’re looking for a Driver Operations Specialist to be responsible for managing our driver operations process in their given region.
Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Develop and execute strategies to attract new drivers through offline channels.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new drivers.
Work closely with marketing and acquisition teams to optimize recruitment campaigns. Driver Engagement and Retention Implement initiatives to improve driver engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators KPIs related to driver activity and retention.
Conduct driver feedback sessions to address concerns and improve overall experience.
Ensure teams are meeting targets for driver acquisition and activation.
Optimize field team performance through coaching, goal setting, and performance tracking.
Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis Track driver supply, activation rates, and overall marketplace health.
Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Quality Control Ensure that all drivers meet the platform s quality and compliance standards.
Oversee background checks, document verification, and driver training processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations, sales, or field team management, preferably in ride hailing or delivery.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work with data and analytics tools to drive decision making.
Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ride hailing operations, driver engagement strategies, and marketplace dynamics.
Experience in managing both online and offline driver acquisition strategies.
