The Consultant ensures end-to-end traceability of executive decisions and strategic execution by building and maintaining governance systems, trackers, and dashboards that serve as a living source of truth. The role enables transparency and discipline across planning cycles, goal alignment, RAID management, and delivery tracking. In parallel, the Consultant supports the ESG function by administering the ESG data platform, coordinating with external providers, and delivering analytical and methodological support for ESG and impact metrics—ensuring high-quality, reliable data and actionable insights to support sustainability and impact initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain end-to-end decision and action traceability for top governance forums (CEO, Boards, Committees).
  • Track execution of strategic initiatives using RAID logs; proactively surface risks and blockers to senior leadership.
  • Maintain a live view of strategy, budget, and goal alignment; monitor deviations in timeline, spend, and delivery.
  • Own and improve lightweight governance tooling (trackers, dashboards, evidence repositories); automate with Analytics where possible and ensure audit-ready reporting.
  • Collect and manage evidence of execution, maintaining a single, searchable source of truth for leadership and audits.
  • Design and maintain ESG and Impact data models in BigQuery; develop efficient SQL and support ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple systems.
  • Support the ESG data platform: manage data pipelines, validate data, coordinate with vendors, and maintain data dictionaries and traceability documentation.
  • Perform impact analytics and assessment; support sustainability initiatives and CRM integrations; build dashboards and data marts in Tableau or Looker Studio.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analytics background with hands-on experience in building dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI required; experience with other BI tools is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of ESG concepts and sustainability metrics is an advantage.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across business, finance, and technology.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, consistency, and actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple analytical workstreams in parallel.
