Associate Team Leader of Product Analytics – Demand Domain (Delivery Hub)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Group Manager of Product Analytics to lead a team of three analysts in our Demand Domain / Delivery vertical. You will work with individual customers and small to medium-sized businesses, but aim to expand into large enterprises. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will oversee onboarding, activation, and retention processes, ensure high-quality analytics and significantly influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of three analysts, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and high-quality research and experimentation.
  • Act as an Individual Contributor, working directly with data and providing expert analytical insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Work with Head of Product, Product Managers, and Marketing Leads to integrate analytics into decision-making and shape product strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Improve the analytics ecosystem by enhancing data quality, BI systems, A/B testing efficiency, and developing self-service tools for the team.
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the Demand Domain, driving best practices in analytics and experimentation.
  • Present findings to leadership with clear insights, implications, and recommended actions to support high-level decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Russian language proficiency B2–C1.
  • English language B2.
  • 5+ years in product analytics or data science, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Redash.
  • Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research, and experimentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
  • Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
