Associate Team Leader of Services Analytics

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5 product analysts, promoting collaboration, curiosity and excellence.
Plan and prioritize projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Identify process bottlenecks, resolve issues, and enhance team performance.
Run and supervise A/B tests.
Define and implement the analytical roadmap to align with the Services team’s goals.
Collaborate with product managers, operations, and engineering to meet analytical needs and support decision-making.
Contribute to enhancing research and experimentation quality.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for easy access to key metrics and insights.

Russian language proficiency at levels B2–C1.
English language B2.
Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Advanced degrees are a plus!
At least 5 years in data analytics or data science, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Redash), and forecasting techniques.
Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research and experimentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
