We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and lifecycle strategies.

In this role, you’ll manage the CRM strategy from lifecycle management to retention, optimize user conversion through funnel analysis, and lead product marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CRM strategy, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage customer database health with a focus on retention and engagement: make sure all comms are in line with CRM best practices, compliance requirements, through appropriate channels
  • Project Management: take charge of product marketing projects, ensuring their successful execution, from concept to completion, within set timelines and objectives
  • User funnel analysis and conversion optimization: analyze the user funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go to market strategy
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and users to understand customer needs, pain points, trends, and competitive offerings pricing
  • Lead the product marketing workflow and be responsible for all external communications around the product, such as feature release campaigns
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, copyediting, and design teams to create campaigns tailored to different audience segments

Qualifications

  • Senior level experience in a CRM & Product Marketing role with strong focus on strategy and ‘get it done’ mindset
  • Knowledge of customer base segmentation and analysis methods, with corresponding experience
  • Experience working with product metrics and product analytics, building CJM and delivering the insights out of it
  • Techsavvy: familiarity with marketing automation tools, data analytics, and CRM software is a plus Preference for experience in both B2B and B2C product growth or consumer marketing, ideally within a fast paced, hyper growth global tech company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strive to have a customer first mindset
  • Independent, self starter that thrives on taking initiative without direct supervision
  • Team Player: collaborative and able to work effectively with cross functional teams to achieve common goals
