Responsibilities

  • Outgoing calls to clients
  • Response to clients requests via chat, email and calls
  • Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
  • Conflicts resolution

Qualifications

  • Arabic language speaker mandatory
  • English language speaker (minimum B2)
  • Good verbal communication
  • Multitasking
  • Work in a team
  • Grammatically correct in written and verbal
  • Stress resistance
  • Responsibility Computer literacy
