Senior Branding Retention Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Branding Retention Specialist to drive engagement and loyalty among branded drivers across multiple regions!

In this role, you’ll develop and implement retention strategies, optimize LTV through data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance driver satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies for branded drivers across all active countries, as well as active work with existing bases
  • Develop a set of metrics for tracking and improving LTV of branded drivers
  • Extensive engagement with regional branding teams
  • Collaboration with other departments. Work closely with Security, Support and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Seek new ideas and solutions to enhance customer retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • 3 years (or above) work experience in preferably multinational companies
  • Strong analytical skills, able to lead and manage projects with a keen ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, basic experience with SQL, Python, Tableau
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate in an international work environment
  • High level of autonomy, able to work in a fast paced environment
