RH Senior Area Specialist

We are hiring an RH Senior Area Specialist to drive the growth of our ride-hailing business in Egypt by managing daily operations and achieving key KPIs like Rides and GMV. This role involves optimizing service quality, leading cross-functional projects, supporting marketing and partnerships, and providing local insights on market trends and competition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily ride hailing operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and driver passenger satisfaction.
  • Lead cross functional projects involving driver operations, marketing, efficiency and support, conduct cross functional communication
  • Help to develop strategies by researching the market, analyzing competitors, and shaping plans.
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback.
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market.
  • Develop and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations based on in depth analysis of operational data.
  • Support, development and scaling of local partnerships.
  • Coordinate GR and PR agendas.
  • Provide local feedback and insights to central teams on product, pricing, competitors activities
  • Work on product development by testing ideas in product, marketing, and operations with different teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management or Mathematics.
  • 2 years of experience in ride-hailing, business development, B2B, B2C delivery, e-commerce or a related field in a fast paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and data driven approach.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills is a must
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
  • Self motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Good in building financial models and forecasts.
  • Advanced English (B2 level or higher)
