Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify organizational strengths and areas for development.
  • Analyze data to inform organizational development strategies.
  • Work on key metrics such as span of control and organizational depth.
  • Analyze these metrics to ensure optimal organizational design and efficiency.
  • Lead efforts to standardize job titles across the organization.
  • Manage and oversee requests for changes to the organizational structure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development
    consulting experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with training design and delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of organizational development theories and best practices.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
