Define and lead the fleet financing strategy to support company growth while maintaining a disciplined approach to credit risk and capital management.
Structure, negotiate, and execute a variety of financing solutions for our vehicle fleet, including leasing programs, loan facilities, and asset backed securities (ABS).
Partner closely with internal departments, including FPA, Accounting, Legal and business operations teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including fleet management companies, banks and institutional investors.
Develop and maintain financial models to guide capital allocation decisions.
Prepare materials for the executive leadership team and external stakeholder
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
5 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, structured finance, or a closely related field.
Experience in structuring vehicle financing, fleet leasing, or securitized lending programs (e.g., ABS).
Leadership qualities and strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion and lead cross-functional initiatives.
