inDrive is hiring a Senior Safety PR Manager (HQ) to define and execute the global Safety communications agenda across 48 countries. You will also work with cross-functional teams to help make InDrive’s services people-centric, convenient, and safe.

Responsibilities

  • Own Safety PR strategy: Define and execute the global Safety communications strategy and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and public/regulatory expectations
  • Build a scalable content factory: Maintain a centralized Safety hub (core narratives, Q&As, datasets, product updates) and produce press-ready materials (releases, statements, interviews, speeches
  • Develop and launch scalable Safety projects: Design and roll out creative, scalable Safety initiatives that address business goals and regional needs, with clear owners, assets, and measurable outcomes.
  • Enable regional teams: Partner with regional PR on Safety projects, deliver workshops for internal functions, and contribute to HQ governance initiatives
  • Lead crisis communications: Anticipate risks, build escalation/response frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional crisis execution for Safety topics.
  • Integrate with Tech + Digital PR: Translate complex safety/tech topics into credible external narratives and ensure alignment across owned channels.
  • Budget & funding: Manage spend efficiency and identify incremental funding/support options.
  • Resource coordination: Orchestrate cross-functional delivery, agencies/partners, planning, KPI definition (and feasibility), and execution.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in communications, corporate PR, ideally with a focus on safety, trust, risk, or policy topics.
  • Strong ability to identify and shape communication opportunities around safety initiatives, user trust, product updates, and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex safety policies, processes, and product features into clear, accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on and proactive: able to independently develop press materials, statements, Q&As, positioning documents, and communication assets.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Strong conversational English for daily international collaboration.
  • A team player who can support and mentor regional teams and collaborate effectively across markets and cultures.
  • Analytical and structured mindset, combined with a strong commitment to building user trust and promoting safety in fast-growing environments.
