We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead, design, and scale initiatives focused on our top-priority impact projects across the LATAM region. This role is crucial for driving systemic change that aligns with both local market needs and our global social impact strategy. The ideal candidate is an expert in end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven execution within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Development

  • Design, execute, and scale initiatives to boost women’s participation in ride-hailing and financial inclusion, aligned with LATAM and global strategies.
  • Build scalability models for sustainable growth.
  • Translate insights into clear strategies, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead project planning, governance, execution, documentation, and risk management.
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with required quality.

Stakeholder Management & Integration

  • Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Ops, Legal, and Tech teams.
  • Build internal coalitions linking social impact to business value.
  • Translate social impact goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Manage external partnerships and present results to stakeholders.

Resource, Risk & Quality Management

  • Allocate budgets and teams effectively.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and impact.
  • Oversee research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify and manage risks and stakeholder expectations.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure alignment with sustainability and regulatory standards.
  • Apply best practices in social impact, partnerships, and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience, preferably within the digital sector.
  • Proven experience and passion for social impact or community-related work.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to supervise and coordinate cross-functional team members.
  • Strong understanding of main analytics and product development principles, as well as basic digital marketing principles.
  • Good working knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Miro, and Google Workspace.
  • Spanish (Native) and English (Full Professional Proficiency) required.
