We are looking for an experienced Governance & Change Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement Corporate Decision-Making governance system:
  • Decision-making architecture: Design and implement a structured framework of roles, decision-making rules, levels of responsibility, delegation of authority, and access to information.
  • Organize and support the effective functioning of top management main decision-making bodies: strategic sessions, leadership summits, and governance committees.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Engagement: Ensure understanding, alignment, and adherence to new decisions across all organizational levels.
  • Design and implement a company-wide tailored Change Management Framework, empowering leaders and supporting teams through each new transformation.

Qualifications

  • Balances structure with startup agility: Experience in start-ups (tech / digital / SaaS / fintech) AND in corporations is required.
  • Familiarity with startup culture and scaling pain points.
  • 3+ years proven hands-on experience in building and implementing decision architecture and operational modelling.
  • 3+ years proven expertise in change management or equivalent experience (digital transformation, process optimization), backed by strategic thinking.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Excel in stakeholder management and foster strong relationships.
  • Communicate, present, and facilitate effectively, aligning priorities and securing buy in, adapting your style to resonate with various stakeholders, including top management.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, staying flexible and agile amidst shifting demands.
  • Experience driving change in multi country, multi business matrix environments with significant legacy system dependencies.
  • Independent, proactive, very organized and solutions oriented.
  • Ready to initiate, advocate and lead change with confidence and care.
  • Fluent English.

    Nice to have:
  • Experience in consultancy is a strong plus.
  • Strategic experience is a strong plus.
