We are currently looking for a Product Analyst for the Intercity Team, who will be responsible for the product and finding optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product.
Research, refine, and evaluate algorithms for order distribution among drivers and pricing mechanics;
Maximize marketplace efficiency, focusing on free auction mechanics;
Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and explain findings to business stakeholders;
Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and product development directions;
Conduct A/B tests: participate in designing experiments and interpreting results. Collaborate with Data Department teams to optimize data flows, ensure data quality and integrity, and create product specific data marts.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in data analytics or data science;
Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, and the ability to balance resource investments with business impact;
Solid mathematical background, especially in statistics, discrete optimization, and causal inference;
Proficiency in Python and relevant data analysis libraries;
Advanced skills in SQL, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
Experience with BI tools like Plotly, Redash, or Tableau;
Familiarity with developing interpretable ML models is a plus.
