We seek a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Colombia, Mexico, or Panamá. As a Content Marketing Manager at inDrive, you will be pivotal in our influencer marketing campaigns and special projects. You will collaborate with various teams to create and implement influencer marketing strategies and special projects that go beyond traditional marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage users in the LATAM region (excluding Brazil).
  • Create, launch, and manage social media campaigns and brand activations, ensuring alignment with inDrive’s overall strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter), collaborating with design teams and writing compelling copy.
  • Direct agencies for campaign execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment with inDrive’s goals.
  • Adapt and localize content for different countries within LATAM, recognizing regional differences in audience preferences.
  • Build and nurture a loyal community around inDrive by interacting with users on social media channels.
  • Measure campaign results, adjust strategies based on performance data, and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of posts, particularly during special events or holidays.
  • Work closely with various teams (GTMs, media, CRM, legal, GR, PR) to ensure cohesive and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and coordinate influencer marketing strategies in LATAM (excluding Brazil).
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and post-analytics for optimization.
  • Collaborate with local agencies for procurement, tenders, communication, and content approval.
  • Brief the digital media team to launch promotional campaigns for influencer content.
  • Work closely with owned media channels, including the Digital Media and SMM teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors’ influencer marketing activations.
  • Led the ambassador program in LATAM.
  • Handle documentation and contracts with the support of the marketing operations team.
  • Utilize project management platforms (Wrike, Jira), data analytics dashboards (Tableau), and influencer marketing analytics platforms.
  • Develop and execute special content projects.
  • Coordinate in-house project teams for multimedia content projects involving SMM, PR, CRM, Digital, and business teams.
  • Develop tactics and strategies for local content projects in LATAM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, with significant experience managing content marketing campaigns.
  • With a curious mindset and trend hunter. 
  • Proven experience creating and implementing social media strategies involving influencers and brand activations.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with content scheduling and analytics platforms (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
  • Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut and Premiere.
  • Experience leading agencies.
  • Proactive with strong decision-making skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Understanding of marketing and PR metrics and KPIs, including media and performance.
  • Proficiency in using results forecasting and influencers’ accounts’ data to create compelling media plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of Latin American influencers’ market landscape, including niches, interests, PR risks, and audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing content marketing campaigns with social media, influencers, or other multimedia content projects.
  • Experience in managing ambassador programs or long-term collaborations with influencers.


Plus:

  • Project management skills as a lead of small and mid-size project groups (3-8 people).
  • Experience in working with a vast network of influencer marketing subcontractors.
  • Experience with crowd-posting campaigns involving 100+ nano influencers in a short period.
