We’re looking for a Project Manager for the Rider Loyalty Program, technically strong operator who can bridge product, analytics, and marketing to deliver a world-class experience for our riders.
Your mission is to turn that strategy into a scalable, data-driven system: manage end-to-end implementation, oversee technical setup, coordinate with engineering and data teams, and ensure that business goals translate into measurable results.
This is not a coordination-only role, we’re looking for someone who understands the business logic of loyalty programs, is fluent in data and technology, and can own execution from concept to impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and analytics setup for the Rider Loyalty Program.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, CRM, and product teams to ensure smooth integration into the ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements and user experience goals into specifications and roadmaps.
  • Own the data layer: events, attribution, tracking, dashboards, reporting.
  • Collaborate with CRM and product growth teams on experiments, segmentation, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Manage cross-functional timelines, dependencies, and releases.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure the program drives measurable business outcomes (e.g. retention, frequency, ARPU).
  • Act as a bridge between business and tech, ensuring both sides speak the same language

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project, analytics or product management in tech, loyalty, or consumer apps.
  • Proven track record working on loyalty or subscription programs (e.g. ride-hailing, delivery, e-commerce, fintech, gamedev).
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data infrastructure (SQL, dashboards, attribution, cohort analysis).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Braze, Bloomreach, or similar) and familiarity with user segmentation and personalization.
  • Excellent technical communication skills; ability to write clear specs and coordinate with engineers.
  • Strong business mindset understands metrics like retention, LTV, and incremental revenue.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with global teams.
  • Former Product Analyst / Data Lead / Tech PM from companies with advanced loyalty ecosystems
  • Experience launching or scaling reward systems, tiers, or point mechanics.
  • Understanding of growth marketing, pricing mechanics, and incentive optimization.
