We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the company’s growth and transformation. This role serves as a key driver of alignment between multiple teams, translating long-term business goals into actionable projects with measurable results.

Acting with a high degree of autonomy and visibility, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other central functions, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable programs that drive scalable growth, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with company priorities and long-term vision.
  • Define scope, success metrics, and delivery plans; manage timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Proactively identify and remove organizational blockers to ensure executional momentum.
  • Align cross-functional teams across HQ and markets, fostering clarity and consistency on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders (including CEO, C-level, and VPs).
  • Use structured, data-driven insights to support decision-making and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborate closely with external consultants and vendors where needed to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations; exposure to consulting (Big 3 or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, OKRs, and modern project delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured thinking.
  • Project/program management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
