Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Help darkstore teams meet revenue and profit goals, based on Board plans.
– Make sure new cities launch on time and operating guides are consistent.
– Improve service levels (SLA), customer satisfaction (NPS), and other operational metrics by working better with delivery and in-store partners.
– Watch how things are going, point out problems, and help plan solutions.
– Work with different teams inside and outside the company.
Scope of Responsibility:
– This role focuses on Kazakhstan (Ryadom).
– There’s a chance to help with international growth in the future.
– You’ll work directly with local partners and vendors to ensure good delivery and service.
– Meeting revenue and cost targets set by the Board.
– Achieving SLA and improving NPS.
– Launching new cities on time and within budget.
– Ensuring operations follow rules and partners perform well.
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.
– Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.
– Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.
– A background in finance or analytics is a big plus.
– Must be fluent in English.
