Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Collect, structure, and clarify requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct interviews and workshops
- Prepare analysis artifacts (user stories, process diagrams, flows) when needed
- Maintain requirements and backlog in Jira and Confluence
- Support implementation, UAT, and post-release analysis
- Work with feedback and incidents to improve delivered solutions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Confident use of Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and system interactions Clear written and verbal communication
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Background in business or system analysis
