Digital Production Team Leader

Hybrid - Lead

We are looking for a Digital Production Team Leader to oversee and scale our creative production across our main digital channels – Digital Video, Web, ASO and CRM.

This role is responsible for building and optimizing workflows, leading a multidisciplinary team, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance output quality, efficiency, and impact.

You will foster a goal-oriented culture, manage high-impact projects, and develop strong global partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital producers across all entrusted channels.
  • Build and implement effective workflows to increase output quality and team capacity.
  • Define and track team’s goals, conduct retrospectives, and drive a performance-focused culture.
  • Manage strategic projects aimed at scaling production capabilities and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain global vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to align production with business goals.
  • Continuously optimize processes and introduce new tools and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge bases, documentation systems, and process libraries.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the team in day-to-day production challenges.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital production, advertising, or creative operations.
  • 3+ years in a team leadership or group head role in a creative agency or in-house digital production team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media production, economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital production tools and workflows (Digital Video is a must).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and cost-efficiency principles.
  • Proven expertise in project management and production process optimization.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and scalable content creation.
  • English – B2 or higher.
