Responsibilities

  • Participate in system design and architectural decisionmaking in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a longterm roadmap for the evolution of the platform architecture and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth.
  • Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches.
  • Lead the architecture team and drive the development of architecture and related processes.
  • Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and implementing architectures for highload distributed systems (we handle 230K RPS across 7 regions).
  • Strong understanding of both serverside and clientside architecture and their constraints.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification is required. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills: able to shape technical vision and effectively communicate complex architectural decisions to both engineers and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent approaches at the platform level.
