Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Customer Support, Online checkout, and Incident Management specialists)
- Build talent pipelines quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Use recruitment tools to source, track, and manage candidates
- Organize and run hiring events when needed
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms, automation tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups is a bonus
