As a Senior II UX Researcher, you will be the strategic partner in the Supearpp team. You will define the very framework of how we think about our users. You will tackle the most ambiguous challenges and translate complex data into high-stakes business narratives

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and direct the research strategy for Superapp in Pakistan
  • Lead initiatives to optimize our internal methodologies, ensuring constant help to the team
  • Synthesize insights across disparate product lines and data types to create a unified, organization-wide understanding of our users
  • Create compelling, evidence-backed narratives that drive investment and organizational change
  • Develop the mental models and principles that will guide our product decisions for years to come
  • Build influential relationships with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You are the “voice of the user” in high-level strategic forums
  • Act as a coach and mentor to researchers and non-researchers, elevating the craft across the entire team
  • Drive the strategic evolution of our research tools and knowledge management systems to ensure insights are accessible, reusable, and integrated with other business data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Knowledge of English B2 and above
  • Significant experience in UX Research (typically 3+ years), with a proven track record of influencing product strategy at a high level
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Knowledge and application of usability metrics
  • A history of tackling highly ambiguous, systemic challenges and turning them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to lead multi-study programs
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You can persuade skeptical stakeholders and inspire teams with your vision
