We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with a strong understanding of procurement as an end-to-end process. In this role, you will support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities:

Support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes in NetSuite
Configure and improve procurement workflows to support business needs
Support and enhance P2P processes in NetSuite and procurement platforms (e.g., Zip)
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align processes across functions
Provide user support and contribute to continuous process optimization
Participate in the setup, refinement, and improvement of procurement models and best practices

Requirements:

2–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite
Practical experience with purchase-to-pay and procurement processes
Strong understanding of the connection between procurement, finance, and accounting
Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Zip or similar tools)
Excellent English communication and collaboration skills (B2 or higher).

Nice-to-Have

Advanced procurement knowledge within NetSuite
Background in finance or procurement
Experience working in an international environment
