We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with a strong understanding of procurement as an end-to-end process. In this role, you will support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes in NetSuite
  • Configure and improve procurement workflows to support business needs
  • Support and enhance P2P processes in NetSuite and procurement platforms (e.g., Zip)
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align processes across functions
  • Provide user support and contribute to continuous process optimization
  • Participate in the setup, refinement, and improvement of procurement models and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite
  • Practical experience with purchase-to-pay and procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of the connection between procurement, finance, and accounting
  • Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Zip or similar tools)
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills (B2 or higher).
Nice-to-Have
  • Advanced procurement knowledge within NetSuite
  • Background in finance or procurement
  • Experience working in an international environment
