Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy for the Passenger Wallet product.
• Collaborate with other InDrive verticals and products for seamless wallet integration.
• Build a roadmap, form hypotheses, run research, and launch MVPs.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, legal, compliance, and fintech teams.
• Own metrics: growth, retention, unit economics, and financial performance.
• Launch the product in different markets considering local regulations and user needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience launching fintech products, especially wallets or digital finance tools.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, commission models, and transactional
  products.
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional products in distributed teams.
• Experience working with international markets, including localization and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think like a zero-to-one builder — from idea to scalable solution.

Nice to Have:

• Background in startups or scaling early-stage products.
• Knowledge of fintech infrastructure: payment gateways, processing, AML/KYC.
• Portfolio of successful product launches with measurable outcomes.
