We are seeking a Sales Lead to develop and execute a data-driven international sales strategy that drives revenue growth and strengthens inDrive Ads’ market position. The role encompasses building and leading a world-class sales organization, setting performance benchmarks, and engaging directly with senior clients and agency partners to secure large-scale commercial agreements. Working hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Ad Operations, you’ll drive inDrive Ads’ global expansion and deliver outstanding business outcomes through innovation, leadership, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning Execution:

  • Develop and implement a data driven global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Define sales targets, set quotas, and establish performance metrics for regional teams and individuals.
  • Analyze global market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer data to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

    Team Leadership Development:

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a world class global sales team, including regional directors and account managers.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews to foster professional development and ensure consistent success.
  • Cultivate a high performance, collaborative culture that motivates the team to achieve ambitious goals.

    Client Agency Relationship Management:

  • Personally engage with and build strong, long term relationships with C level executives at key strategic accounts and major agency holding companies.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for major deals, assisting the sales team in negotiations and closing complex, high value contracts.
  • Represent inDrive Ads at major industry events and conferences to build brand presence and network with key stakeholders.

    Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Ad Operations teams to ensure alignment on go to market strategies, product rollouts, and campaign execution.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive leadership team.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product development team to help evolve our ad tech offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a high growth ad tech, SaaS, or digital media environment.
  • Extensive experience in both direct and programmatic sales channels is essential.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute a global vision, inspire teams, and make data driven decisions.
  • Negotiation Communication: Exceptional skills in negotiating complex contracts and communicating persuasively with C level executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and interpret market trends to inform strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the global ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, programmatic advertising, and measurement tools.
  • Operational Excellence: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Global Mindset: Experience navigating diverse international markets and adapting sales strategies to different cultural contexts. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
