Responsibilities

Projects: Oversee end-to-end localization efforts for marketing content, including website, social media, email, and other digital assets, ensuring high-quality and market-appropriate translations.
Develop and Optimize Processes: Continuously improve localization workflows, establish quality standards, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
AI & Machine Translation Integration: Evaluate and integrate AI and MT tools to enhance translation quality, reduce manual effort, and streamline the translation process while maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Regional teams to gather localization needs, manage timelines, and align on brand voice across languages.
Vendor Management: Select, onboard, and manage translation vendors, freelancers, and linguistic resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.
Quality Control: Conduct quality assessments, review translated content for accuracy, tone, and consistency, and implement feedback loops to address any issues.
Data-Driven Approach: Use localization data and performance metrics to make strategic improvements, forecast project needs, and assess MT post-editing performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements Experience: 3+ years in localization or language services, with specific experience in managing marketing content localization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in localization platforms, MT tools, and CAT tools.
Experience with AI-based translation technologies is a strong plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to improve localization processes and provide insights for decision-making.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
