As the Analytics Team Lead for InDrive’s Intercity team, you’ll lead a group of skilled analysts to generate advanced insights and develop strategic analytics. Your work will directly impact business growth, operational efficiency, and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 analysts, plan and prioritize projects.
  • Act as an Individual Contributor and provide most Senior decision-making expertise when needed.
  • Run and supervise A/B tests, oversee ETL processes.
  • Work with product, marketing, finance and data engineering teams to ensure data architecture meets business needs.
  • Lead the creation of predictive models and advanced analytics to understand customer behavior and market trends. 
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align analytics with business goals. 
  • Present analytical findings to executive leadership, clearly explaining insights, impact, and recommendations. 
  • Establish standardized reporting to provide stakeholders with accurate information.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making across the Mobility Cluster.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, including 2–3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing mobility or tech company.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research and experimentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
  • Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
