We are looking for a data-driven operations professional to take ownership of performance and efficiency across international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key business metrics, managing supply-demand balance, optimizing revenue levers, and driving operational excellence through insights and analytics. The focus is on sustainable, profitable growth enabled by sharp execution and rigorous data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Performance & Revenue Analytics: Monitor city and country-level performance through key metrics to ensure sustainable growth and meeting KPI targets. Identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to improve profitability. Collaborate with finance teams to create investment reports and present findings to senior leadership
  • Supply & Demand Management: Analyze marketplace dynamics to maintain healthy supply-demand balance. Develop and track models to optimize asset deployment, availability, and service levels.
  • Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Design and adjust pricing strategies tailored to local market specifics. Track pricing impact on user behavior and business outcomes to ensure competitiveness and margin protection.
  • Incentive Program Design & Analysis: Build and iterate bonus and incentive structures that align with business objectives. Use analytics to evaluate their effectiveness and fine-tune them over time.
  • Operational Tooling & Automation: Test and implement tools aimed at improving operational workflows and efficiency. Support rollout through documentation and training of local teams.
  • Project Ownership: Manage key operational and analytics projects end-to-end—from scoping and modeling to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, product, finance, and local ops teams to ensure data-informed decision making and seamless execution across functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinker with experience working with large datasets to drive decisions
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); Python is a plus
  • Deep understanding of operational metrics, unit economics, and marketplace dynamics
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to prioritize effectively
  • A structured communicator who can synthesize complex data into clear business actions
  • Experienced in project management and process improvement
