Team Leader of Product Analytics

Responsibilities

• Analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Assess potential profit and impact of new product features or projects.
• Conduct A/B testing, including experiment design and result interpretation.
• Maintain clear documentation in the company’s knowledge base.
• Provide recommendations to improve product usability and user experience.
• Work with data teams to optimize data flows, ensure data quality, and develop product data marts.

Qualifications

• English B2, Russian C1-B2.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years in data analytics or product analytics.
• Solid mathematical background in statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
• Hands-on expertise and deep understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimentation methods.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash).
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs.
