SuperApp is one of the most cross-functional and high-impact initiatives at the company. The program impacts all business verticals and core functions, requiring dedicated oversight to maintain alignment. Despite the complexity and strategic importance of this program, there is currently no dedicated program manager in place.

A PM will amplify the impact of existing roles by reducing coordination overhead and enabling faster, more focused execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning timelines, goals, and deliverables across vertical teams (Ride-Hailing, Fintech, Delivery, Intercity etc.) and core platform functions (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data etc).
  • Own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and coordination rituals to ensure on-time delivery of key SuperApp milestones.
  • Identify and unblock dependencies early through structured stakeholder management across HQ and local teams.
  • Improve transparency and accountability with regular reporting and risk mitigation strategies for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech-driven, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Experience working in or alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, OKR tracking, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills—able to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Highly organized with a knack for prioritization, risk management, and driving accountability.
  • Analytical and systems-oriented thinker who sees the bigger picture but can dive into the details.
    Nice to Have:
  • Experience in high-growth consumer tech,

    particularly in platform or SuperApp-style ecosystems.

  • Background in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or delivery products.
