Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budget planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Monitor budget execution and perform budget vs. actual analysis
• Communicate with budget holders
• Participate in the automation of budgeting processes
• Participate in management reporting and management accounting
• Train participants involved in the budgeting process
• Support the procurement process, including budget control, contract approval, and process documentation

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in planning and budgeting
• English proficiency at intermediate level (B1) or higher
• Experience in automating budgeting and management accounting/reporting processes is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
