We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Team Lead to lead our Services & Fintech Analytics team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fintech and Services Analytics team to deliver tasks on time with high quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align analytical insights with business goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of analytical research projects.
  • Coordinate the testing and refinement of business hypotheses through experiments and A/B testing.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and data marts.
  • Identify skill gaps among analysts, promote knowledge sharing, and organize external training as needed.
  • Cultivate a team culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular skills assessments and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop career plans for analysts based on assessment outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the analytics team, defining essential skills and selecting top candidates.
  • Establish effective onboarding programs and mentorship initiatives.

Qualifications

  • English B2, Russian C1-B2.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast growing mobility or fintech company.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise and thorough knowledge of A/B testing, research, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good understanding of business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
