Responsibilities

  • Organize Driver Engagement Processes: Coordinate activities related to attracting, activating, reactivating, and retaining drivers.
  • Manage KPIs: Have a comprehensive understanding of funnel efficiency from installation to creating successful orders for drivers, monitor main territory KPIs and design action plan to improve them.
  • Implement Motivational Programs: Execute motivational initiatives and training programs to improve agent performance, share feedback.
  • Support Activation and Reactivation Mechanics: Assist in launching, adapting, and improving strategies to activate and reactivate drivers effectively.
  • Monitor Calls Quality and Scripts: Oversee call scripts, assess their effectiveness, and ensure high-quality interactions with users, test different hypothesis.
  • Drive team: Conduct training sessions to equip agents with the skills needed for user acquisition and activation, keep them motivated.
  • Execute City Launches: Travel to new city launches within the country to organize on-the-ground recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years expertise of working with Africa region
  • 2-3+ years experience in business. operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how it applies to user acquisition.
  • Advanced English proficiency: Both written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and track KPIs.
  • Sales team management experience is highly desirable, particularly in recruitment or acquisition environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in driver recruitment and recommend improvements.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving recruitment demands and market conditions.
  • Knowledge of local transportation regulations and market trends would be a plus.
