Responsibilities
- Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of SA region design work
- Control quality and raise its rate within the region
- Identify best practices and scale them
- Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead on their implementation of global guidelines
- Developing a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials
- Building a brand image through visual communications within the region
- Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region
- Developing master layouts for online and offline marketing activities
- Interaction with cross-functional teams to find the best ways of performing projects
- Identifies issues and points of growth providing solutions
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed;
- A bachelor’s degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant.
- Successful completion (within inDrive) of a test task;
- Owning design course certificates is a plus;
- Work experience in design studios/advertising agencies / global companies as a senior/principal designer for 3+ years
