Risks Operations Project Manager

We’re looking for a Risk Operations Project Manager to oversee compliance with local laws and conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business areas. You’ll work closely with legal and cross-functional teams to identify risks, review and improve processes, implement safety measures for customers, partners, and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Government Relations to ensure compliance with local regulations and conduct risk assessments related to government policies and legislative changes.
  • Partner with Legal to identify and mitigate legal risks, review contracts, and ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Work closely with Product teams to assess and address product-related risks, ensuring that features and workflows are designed with built-in risk prevention and user safety.
  • Coordinate with Commercial teams to evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks in partnerships, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Engage with Driver Operations and Safety teams to monitor compliance, address performance-related risks, and implement safety protocols protecting customers, partners, and employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Risk Operations, Compliance, or related functions within regulated or high-growth industries, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, product and operational risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, GR, Product, Commercial, and Safety teams.
  • Skilled in risk assessment, incident management, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational processes.
