At inDrive, we recently updated our company values. I’d like to share a bit more context on why we made this step and what stands behind it.
Our company has grown significantly. We are now a team of several thousand people across dozens of countries. We are no longer just a ride-hailing company; we are launching multiple new verticals and developing non-profit initiatives with large-scale impact. At the same time, the world has become faster and more competitive.
Our core principles, people, purpose, performance, remain the same. But as we grow, it is important to make them clearer and more applicable to today’s reality.
We need to stay united, break down barriers, be truly diverse and tolerant, and support each other. We need to take ownership, move fast, and avoid bureaucracy. We need to continuously grow both professionally and personally, and adopt the latest technologies, especially AI.
We have translated these needs into six clear values: One team, Do right for customers, Think big, scale smart, Own It, Drive It, and Keep growing.

Values are not just words for us. They show up in our actions, especially in difficult and ambiguous situations.
We’re on a mission to challenge injustice through fair choices. This stands behind everything we do, how we build products, and how we work as a team.
We believe that people and communities around the world should have equal opportunities for development and prosperity and our values help us make it happen.
We’ll continue building a company that grows fast, profitably, and with a good heart, grounded in values, and focused on creating real impact.
