We are looking for a recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will use market insights and data to shape hiring strategies, collaborate with Hiring Managers and People & Culture partners, and deliver efficient, consistent, and high-quality experiences.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple core functions, leveraging market expertise and data-driven insights to influence hiring strategy and align recruitment efforts directly with business goals.
Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality, and positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
Partner closely with stakeholders and HR business partners to enhance the Talent Acquisition function’s impact and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
Drive efficiency and consistency in the hiring process, actively participating in projects aimed at creating a seamless, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to proactively own the entire recruitment lifecycle proactively, structuring and coordinating all stages to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience.
Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing the candidate interview process (ensuring fairness and consistency). Ability to proactively drive solutions and address potential delays or blockers before they impact goals.
Experience in effectively building and managing relationships as a trusted partner to hiring managers, senior business leaders, and PnC (People & Culture) partners across various markets.
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging market insights and recruitment data to influence strategic decisions and advise stakeholders effectively.
