We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer specializing in general corporate matters and M&A to manage all crucial aspects of inDrive’s Growth Businesses division. This role involves working closely with the Head of Legal of inDrive, New Ventures division to structure, negotiate, and finalize strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, in complex emerging market environments.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape inDrive’s growth trajectory by driving key legal transactions and supporting impactful business initiatives in dynamic regions.
Lead on all general corporate matters related to inDrive Growth Businesses activities.
Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of diverse strategic transactions, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and investment deals.
Collaborate closely with the New Ventures team to ensure seamless integration of legal strategies with business objectives, prioritizing compliance and strategic risk management.
Provide legal counsel on deal structures, compliance, and regulatory issues, with a focus on emerging markets.
Manage relationships with external legal advisors to support transaction needs and guide due diligence efforts.

Key Requirements
Qualifications: LLB or equivalent legal qualification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law, with a preference for experience in the tech or mobility sectors.
Background: Large law firm experience is an advantage.
Language: Business-fluent English
